1 1/2 oz Irish Whisky
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
2 dashes Angostura bitters
The Tipperary is an Irish whisky cocktail with herb and spice notes and a vermouth sweetness. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-mixed, then strain into a coupe glass and express an orange peel if you like.
