The Naked and Famous cocktail is a modern classic equal-parts cocktail that combines the elements of a Last Word and a Paper Plane with the smokey notes of Mezcal to create a unique cocktail. The cocktail originated at Death & Company, by Joaquin Simo, named after a song lyric. Mezcal is the star of this show and the bitter notes are dialed back with Aperol instead of Campari, and Yellow Chartreuse instead of Green Chartreuse.
