French Martini

The French Martini was born in the late 80’s and was one of the factors in the flavored Martini craze of then and the 90’s. The biggest compliment is that there are no fake flavors. It’s a simple Martini of Vodka, Pineapple, and Chambord (the French part) that can be balanced as you like. Shake a LOT to get the creamy head and mouthfeel.

FRENCH MARTINI

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
1 1/4 oz Pineapple Juice
This is a simple 3-ingredient drink. Pour all ingredients into shaker glass, add ice and shake until well combined, and strain into a couple. Add more vodka or pineapple depending on how you roll.
